FULKS, ANDREW "ANDY," 45, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2014.
Andrew was born in Dubuque, IA, and was a graduate of the University of Louisville where he played volleyball, was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and a very avid Green Bay Packers fan.
He is survived by a son, Drew Fulks; daughters, Kimber Bates and Gabrielle Fulks; his former spouse, Deborah Wiley (Lanny); his mother, Nancy Reuter; a sister, Libby Tupper; and an uncle and aunt, Gary and Janie Knockel.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 30, 2014 in the chapel of Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road, where visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Donations may be made to C P Kids Center in his memory. Online condolences may be directed to www.ratterman.com.
