Anna Reis

Anna Margaret Reis, 97, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Symphony at Valley Farms, in Louisville.  She was born on February 8, 1924 in Central City, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Aubrey and Rachel Morris.  Anna was an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan, loved being a “socialite” of her nursing home, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She is survived by her daughter, Kim Holmes (Bruce), sons, Joseph L. Reis (Kathryn) and Gerald Reis (Rita), 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, daughter, Mary Joyce Bizzell and sister, Wilda Nell Page.
