Ward, Ava Marie Stewart View/Sign Guest Book WARD, AVA MARIE STEWART, infant, passed away Tuesday May 6, 2008 at the Kosair Children's Hospital. She is survived by her parents, Doug Ward and Michelle Stewart; a twin sister, Alicia Rose Stewart; grandparents, Nona and Mike Stewart; great grandmother, Cova Stewart; Godmothers, Jessica Borders and Tricia Neuner; devoted uncles, Michael and Nick Stewart. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Monday, at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Monday.
