Billie B. Rarden Peffer ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book PEFFER, BILLIE B. RARDEN, 84, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009. She was retired as a bookkeeper from Hazlewood Hospital and the American Red Cross. Mrs. Peffer was a member of the Valley Eastern Star #65 and Beechland Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Rarden; two daughters, Ruth Ann Reasor (Roney) and Sue Nilest (Marty); six grandchildren, Melissa Goley, John Reasor, William Rarden, Angela Rarden, Matthew Nilest and Diane Nilest; a step-grandchild, Debbie Peffer; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Kenneth and Bud Bailey. Funeral service will be noon Tuesday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visiting will be 2-8 p.m. Monday. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Red Cross.
