TAYLOR, CAROLYN ANN (RUDOLPH), 79, passed away on May 1, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Taylor; her parents, Thomas I.C. and Mary Theresa Rudolph; brothers, Norman, Karl, Millard and Harold Rudolph; and sisters, Leona Scott and Ruth Thompson.
Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Lambert and her husband John of New Albany, IN; granddaughters, Tonya Cavallo of New Albany, IN, and Lisa Hayduk of Michigan; great-grandchildren, Braxton and Kelsey Bragg, Andrew Hayduk, and Chase and Jack Cavallo; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday.
Special thanks is given by the family to the nurses and staff of Floyd Memorial Hospital for the love and care given to Carolyn.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
