She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Van Anderson; and her grandfather, Berlin Paul Anderson. Survivors include her husband, Mark Cutsinger; her sons, Douglas Paul Dages and Logan Alan Cutsinger; her mother, Georgina Nunn; sister, Tambra Anderson Shepherd (Michael); grandmothers, Naomi Gertrude Anderson and Jacquelyn Slagter; niece, Hailey Shepherd; nephew, Michael Shepherd Jr.; mother-in-law, Brenda Wright (David); father-in-law, James Cutsinger; aunt, Peggy Kayrouz (Michael E.); uncles, Dale and Skip Burns; and her cousins, Alisa Geary and Scott Kayrouz. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 1-9 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
