Charles Taylor Bauer, II, 78, passed away on December 11, 2020.
Charles was born on June 7, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky.
He held both Bachelor and Master degrees from Western Kentucky University. He was employed as a teacher in Louisville, and later evaluated persons with disabilities in Sacramento, California.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; parents, Charles and Esther Bauer; and sister, Marilyn Gibson. He is survived by niece Phyllis E. Gibson; nephew David Paul Gibson; and Linda’s son Raymond Perkins.
