Charles Carter

CARTER, CHARLES E., 67, passed April 14, 2014. He was a 1965 graduate of Central High School and a retired employee of Philip Morris. Survivors include his wife Frances Carter; three sisters; two brothers, and a host of other relatives and friends. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ Temple Christian Life Center, 723 S. 45th St. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the church. G.C. Williams is in charge of arrangements.
