THRASHER, CORINE, 85, entered into rest on Friday, January 7, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Thrasher, a daughter, Patricia Arnold and a grandson, Patrick Sullivan.
She was retired from the Catalog Dept. at Sears, and a member of Valley View Church where she taught Sunday school and was in the choir.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Ann Childres (Wayne); her brother, Leroy Chesser (Rosalie); six grandchildren; 11-great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren Her service will be noon Tuesday at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with a private burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday after 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hosparus.
