CLARK, COURTNEY REBECCA, 24, of Pewee Valley, KY, passed away Friday, May 3, 2013.
Courtney's beautiful smile and caring spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
Courtney is survived by her father, Dave Clark (Patty) GRMC; mother, Gail Grawemeyer Kelley (Mike); brother, Brad Clark (Amanda); grandmother, Sarah Cullen; aunt, "DeeDee" Shepherd (Jerry); uncle, Dean Grawemeyer; nephew, Nathan Clark; cousin, Karen Shepherd; and companion, Nick Bennett.
Visitation will be held 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., Louisville, KY 40243. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
