Cynthia Jean Baker,71, passed away on Monday August 17, 2020 at UL Southwest Hospital. She was born to Paul and Melba (Wilson) Lewis in Louisville on August 20, 1948.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Lewis and Melba Hargrove, a daughter, Peggy Jean Hale, sister Deborah Sue Lewis, and brother Donald Hargrove
Cynthia retired after 40 years from Bell South.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Allen (Tommy), grandson, Donald T. Allen and an uncle Donald Tatum.
