David "Kevin" "Slim" Burnett, 55, passed away on Saturday April 5, 2014 at the Norton's Hosparus Center.
Kevin worked at Mother's Cookies for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by parents William "Joe" and Ruth Burnett and his son, Michael Waldridge.
Survived by siblings, Joe Burnett (Trina) and Sharon Krauth (Bob), granddaughter, Amy Waldridge and nieces and nephews.
Kevin worked at Mother's Cookies for over 20 years.
