Desirae Lynn Morton Haysley, 34, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday June 20, 2017.
She was born to George Allen and Debra (Lawson) Morton on November 18, 1982 in Louisville, KY.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her children, Destiny Morton, Chevy Morton, Jeremiah Morton, Hayley Haysley , her brother David Morton, her grandmother and step-grandfather Wanda & Darrell Ziegler.
Donations are requested to Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home to help with Desirae's final expenses.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
