HARRIS, DEWEY, 87, passed away on May 28, 2011.
He was a retired employee of Complete Sheet Metal, a former teacher at the Ky. Institute of Sheet Metal Technology, a member of the Masonic Plumb Lodge #862, and an Army veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Harris.
Survivors include his children, Linda Curtis and Bill Harris (Maria); grandchildren, Michael and Christine Harris, Tracy Wise, Scott Landry (Sherry), Joyce Pierce (Harry), Tony Curtis (Cindy); and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday.
Memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus or Masonic Plumb Lodge. Condolences to owenfuneralhome.com.
