CRUM, DONNA (MEADE), 96, passed away Sunday July 31, 2011 at University Hospital.
She was a native of Oil Springs, KY and member of Southend Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, McDonald Crum; and son, Robert Crum.
Survivors include her children, Judy Heckman, Debbie Waizenhofer (John) and Michael Crum (Beth); six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 1-9 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. day of service.
