Doris Ann Mudd, 69 , passed away Friday, November 13, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Her survivors include one brother, Russell Mudd (Brenda); one sister, Gail Mercer (Kenny); and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation Sunday 1-8 p.m. and after 8:30 a.m. Monday.
