BLOSS, DOROTHY P. "DOTTYE," 79, passed away on April 25, 2012.
She was a retired registered nurse for Jewish Hospital and a member of Shively Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard C. M. Bloss Jr.; and her daughter, Susan Lynn Bloss.
Survivors include her children, Elizabeth Anne Bloss-Taylor (John), and David Allen Bloss (Nancy); grandchildren, Lesley-Anne Bloss Duke (David), Wesley Taylor, Olivia Bloss, Abbie Bloss, and Corinne DeWolfe; one great-grandson, Brandon Christopher Duke; brother-in-law, Dr. Bryant Allen Bloss (Carolyn); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday.
Memorial gifts may be made to American Cancer Society.
