DAY, EARL ROGER, 81, of Lanesville, IN, passed away July 14, 2013. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and retired from Western Electric/AT&T. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Penelope Day; two sisters; and a brother. Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Revella "Sammye" Souder Day; daughters, Ann Hamilton (Cecil), Teresa Moser (Karl), and Amy Day; grandson, Matthew Robinson; stepgrandchildren, Ashley Moser and Karl Moser Jr.; brother, J.T. Day (Louise); and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
