Ebby Horn

Ebby Omega Horn, 84, wife to the late Waymon D. Horn, Sr., passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2020 at Norton Audubon Hospital.  She was born to the late Elmer and Evelyn (Segacey) Montgomery in Louisville on November 5, 1935.

She is also preceded in death by her siblings, J. B. Montgomery, Edna Windler, and Willa Nelson.

She is survived by children, Waymon “Dale” Horn, Jr. (Donna), Wanda Burkhart (Rick), and Melinda Mack (Nathan) along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service held on a later date.
