HICKS, EDGAR MINTER, 71, passed away November 18, 2013. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church and a retired driver for TARC, and a Navy/Army veteran. He is survived by his children, Brannon, Justin, and Joel Hicks; brother, Dana R. Hicks; sister, Gina M. Ford; and three grandchildren. Chapel service will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens (West), 4400 Dixie Highway on Thursday at 11 a.m. Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway is in charge of the arrangements.
