Mrs. Chism was a retired school teacher for Jefferson County.
Mrs. Chism was preceded in death by her first husband, Scott Brown Cook; and her second husband, Andrew B. Chism.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda W. Gillison; and grandchildren, Aulica Lin Rutland, James Herbert Gillison IV and Robert Scott Gillison.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon Monday at Hardy Funeral Home. In accordance with her wishes, entombment service at Louisville Memorial Gardens West will be private
