JONES, JEWELL (BYERS), 90, of South Louisville, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Georgetown Manor.
She was a native of Butler county, and a member of the Auburndale Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Jones.
She is survived by a sister, Margaree Ragland; a brother, Raymond Byers; and two nieces.
A service to celebrate Jewell's life will be noon on Friday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Interment will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
The family would like to thank Georgetown Manor for all the care shown to their sister. Memorial gifts may be made to her church.
