SCOTT, ERNEST EUGENE, 81, of Louisville, passed away April 23, 2011 at Regis Woods Care and Rehabilitation Center.
He retired from William G. Scott Excavating as a equipment operator.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Bessie Scott; and siblings, Lillian Huflage, Elizabeth Hasselburger, Louise Arms, Virginia Zangmeister, Harvey "Bud" Scott, William G. Scott and Harold Scott.
Survivors include his loving wife, Sara Jean (Webb) Scott; children, Les Scott (Sandra), Larry Scott (Shelli) and Janet Vessels (Larry); and six grandchildren.
Funeral service will be noon Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday 10 a.m. until the service at noon.
