Foreman, Ethel Madeline View/Sign Guest Book FOREMAN, ETHEL MADELINE, 78, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland Foreman. She is survived by her children, Robin Tucker, Debra Foreman, Vanessa Matthews and Todd Foreman; sister, Helen Brown; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Her service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation is 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
