Two brothers, Willam and Ivan Hatfield, precede her in death.
Her loving husband Willie "Bill"; son, David (Gayle); and grandson, Justin, survive her.
Evelyn was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Lees Lane Baptist Church for 50 years.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday prior to service.
