Fred Mathus

Mathus, Fred View/Sign Guest Book MATHUS, FRED, 76, of Okolona, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2007 at his home. He was a native of Shelby County and an Army veteran of the Korean War and a faithful member of the Jackson Hill General Baptist Church. He is survived by his loving wife, Goldie Mathus; his brother, Estel Mathus; sister, Minnie Thornton; and numerous nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be at noon on Monday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Jackson Hill General Baptist Church.
