Grace Lynn Loveall

Grace Lynn Loveall, 97, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was born on January 18, 1929, in Louisville, Kentucky, where she spent her life rooted in faith, family, and community. Grace was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend whose love and strength shaped generations.

A woman of deep faith, Grace was a lifelong Methodist and a dedicated member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Louisville. She read her Bible faithfully and walked closely with God, drawing strength and guidance from her beliefs throughout her life.

Grace was the definition of resilience and devotion. As a single mother, she raised six children with unwavering determination, compassion, and grace, instilling in them the values of kindness, faith, and perseverance.

In her spare time, Grace found joy in life’s simple and beautiful moments. She loved singing with the Silver Notes, watching birds, volunteering at local nursing homes, and expressing herself through her artistic talents. Her creativity and generosity touched many lives in quiet but meaningful ways.

Grace will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of faith, love, and strength will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Grace is preceded in death by her son, Douglas James Loveall.

Left to cherish her memory, Grace is survived by her 5 children, Mike Loveall (Gail), David Allan Loveall (Lisa), Steve Loveall (Theresa), Lynn Hutchinson (Butch), and Sue Hutcherson; daughter-in-law, Linda Loveall; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and close friends.
