BALDAUF, HAZEL ANN (KIRCHNER), 88, of Louisville, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Gale Moore; sons, Carroll (Mickey) and Lynn (Peggy) Baldauf; daughter, Pamela Hanley (Michael); sister, Patricia Haehn; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Mary Queen of Peace, St. Denis Campus, 4205 Cane Run Rd. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Ratterman Grand Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd. will be in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville. www.RattermanS.com
