Hazel Schagene

Hazel T. Schagene Share E-mail Visit Guest Book SCHAGENE, HAZEL T., 93, of Okolona, passed away November 18, 2009 at Franciscan Health Care Center.
She was the former Hazel Haynes, a native of Marion County, KY and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman T. Schagene; and a sister, Ruth Collins.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Schagene and June Kratz; a son, Ronald Thomas Schagene; two granddaughters, Lori Green and Kristi McLaughlin; a great-grandson, Eli Green; and her caregiver and niece, Rosemarie Donnell.
Funeral services for Mrs. Schagene will be 10 a.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Thursday.
