Jack Lee Caudill, Jr. 61, passed away on May 2, 2023. He was born on December 1, 1961, to the late Jack and Marcia Bible Caudill, Sr. He was retired from the US Army as a Fist Lt. He was proceeded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Caudill. He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Caudill (Melina) and his brother, Archie Caudill (Ginger), and a grandson, Lucas Justice.
Funeral services will be on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 1:00 pm, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time of services at the funeral home on Friday.
