SHEETS, JAMES EDWARD JR., 74, of Louisville passed away February 6, 2011 at his home with family by his side.
He retired from Navistar and worked for JCPS as a school bus driver.
James was a Navy veteran, past Commander of Dixie Post 220, and a member of Boaz Masonic Home Lodge #850 F&AM. James was an avid fisherman, loved motorsports, playing cards, and his dog, Penny.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Emma Sheets.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 30 years, Pamela Sue Sheets; stepson, Joseph A. Warner; daughter, Pamela Jean Sheets; grandson, Joseph A. Warner Jr. "JoJo"; and many loving friends.
A special thanks to Dr. Vijay Ragahavan, Dr. Arun Ummat and Dr. Loran Moore for all their help and support.
Funeral service will be 11a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Thursday, noon-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
