James Tate

James Arthur Tate, 85, passed away peacefully, on July 21, 2021 at his residence in Louisville.  He was born on January 16, 1936 in Frankfort, Kentucky the son of the late Houston and Georgia Tate.  James enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.   He is survived by his daughter, Beth Hennessy, son, Keith and Gary (Pam) Tate, brother, Robert “Bobby” Tate, grandchildren, Michael Tate, Rebecca Tipton (Matthew), Sarah Owen (Matthew), Hannah Pence (Micah), Benjamin, Katie Ward (Josiah), and Mark Hennessy, great-grandchildren, Eli, Hazel, Elizabeth, Lilian, Rosealeigh and Margo.
