Joann Cook ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book COOK, JOANN, 54, of Louisville, passed away Monday, June 8, 2009 at Golden Living-Hillcreek Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by her brothers, Ronnie (Estlean) and George Cook; sisters, Betty Wright (Gary) and Linda Madison (Alan); and a very close friend, Jim Ford. Her funeral service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with cremation to follow. A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society Jefferson County Unit.
