BLAKE, JOHN N., 81, of Louisville, died Sunday, January 20, 2008. He was a retired furniture upholster and an Army veteran. Survivors include his children, Doug Blake and Jan Wepf; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of the Pearson-Ratterman Funeral Home, 12900 Shelbyville Road, in Middletown, with private burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-East. The family will receive visitors after 5 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial gifts may be directed to Hospice and Palliative Care of Louisville.
