He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy E. Ennis.
He is survived by his father, John D. Clark; fiancee, Tasha Sego; three children, Breezy Kay Colyer, Johnny Laron Clark and Johnny Allen Clark Jr.; brother, Bobby Lee Clark; sister, Miranda Clark, many dear friends especially Damon Sego.
Funeral service for Johnny will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 -11 a.m. prior to services Wednesday.
