Julia M. Sturgeon (Patton) Share E-mail Visit Guest Book STURGEON, JULIA M. (PATTON), 92, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009.
She retired after 28 years from General Electric and was a member of Faith Chapel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold W. Sturgeon and two grandchildren, Sharon and Michael Lee.
She is survived by her children, Ruby Showalter, Bobby Lee (Pat) and Peggy Graves; stepsons, Garry Sturgeon (Linda) and Kenny Sturgeon (Nell); seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
Her service will be noon Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Friday 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Diabetes Association .
