Katie Williams

Katie Inez Williams, 90, wife to the late Donald E. Williams, Sr., passed away on Friday March 31, 2017 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was born to the late Joseph and Amy Hornback Braden in Lyons Station, KY on March 9, 1927. She is also preceded in death by 7 siblings.
Inez worked for Fawcett Haynes Printing and later Dillard's and was a member of Shively Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Donald E. Williams, Jr. (Wanda) and Rebecca Fehribach (Gene) along with grandchildren, Robbie, Brittney, Katie, Dennie Rae, Megan, step-grandchildren, Courtney, Greg, Dan, and 12 great-grandchildren and her brother Rolland Braden.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00am at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-7 pm at the funeral home.
