PERRY, LAURA JUSTINE, 36, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
She was a member of Friendship Separate Baptist Church and Churchill Park School.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda.
Survivors include her father, Verlin Perry; sister, Pam Slater (Daniel) and two nieces, Autumn and Savannah.
Her funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Her visitation will be Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
