Mary "Edith" Chamberlain , 91, of Lexington and formerly of Louisville, died December 21, 2014 at Baptist Health in Lexington. She was born in Meade County May 20, 1923 the daughter of the late James Junius & Ora Mae Greenwell Phillips and was retired from Belknap Inc.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Schmidt (Karl), brother, Robert Phillips (Maxine), 2 grandchildren, Jeremy Schmidt (Sara) and David Schmidt (Ladonna), and great grandson, Colton Schmidt. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
