Mary Underwood (Walker) Share E-mail Visit Guest Book UNDERWOOD, MARY UnaV (WALKER), 95, of Louisville, passed away Monday, August 24, 2009 at Norton Hospice.
She was a native of Bulls Gap, TN, a member of Shively Baptist Church and attended Parkview United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Shively Chapter # 566.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Otis Howard Underwood; and daughter-in-law, Terry Underwood Sr.
Survivors include one son T. Lloyd Sr. (Joyce); two daughters, Linda King (Rev. Carman King) and Lois Sibley; four grandchildren, Lloyd Jr., Wendy (Mark), David (Carole), and Jeffery (Beth); four great-grandchildren, Rachel, Kayla, Travis and Mickey; one great-great grandchild, Alexis King; beloved niece, Shirley Scarce (Marshall); nephew, Bill Long; great-nephew, Sherman; great-great nephew, Elijah; and great- great niece, Samantha.
Her funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday.
