Payton, Matthew Scott,34, passed away on May 19, 2015.He was an employee for FedEx, a graduate of WKU, a proud supporter of the Hilltopers, and a member of Beechland Baptist Church.Survivors include his children, Addison Claire Payton, Delaney Eve Payton, and Camden Owen Payton; his father, Garry Lee Payton; mother Sharon Dawson and stepfather Steve Dawson; brother, Michael Lee Payton (Brandi); sister Jennifer Lynn Payton; grandparents, Doris Payton, James C. Ingle; his niece Cortney and nephews, Ryan and Colton.Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2 - 8 p.m. Friday and after 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Owen Funeral Home for the benefit of Payton's children.
