Matthew J. Lowe, 72, husband of Regina Lowe, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at his residence. Born in Overland, MO. January 4, 1941 he is the son of the late Lawrence & Mildred Carroll Lowe. Matthew was a construction manager for 47 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Besides his wife of 40 years he is survived by his daughter, Melissa J. Gowen (Josh) and 2 grandchildren, Jacob & Brooklyn Gowen. 1 sister and 4 brothers also survive.
