CRABTREE, MELISA ANN, 31, of Louisville, passed away Friday December 31, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Force and Linda Metcalf.
She is survived by children, Elexus, Bethanie and Zachery Crabtree; and seven brothers and sisters.
Her funeral service will be noon Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Louisville Memorial Gardens West Chapel, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Wednesday January 5, 2011 at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road
