JACOBS, MILDRED A., 93, of Louisville, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at Rockford Manor.

She was the daughter of Minnie and Anthony Welsh. She was a 30-year employee of St. Anthony Hospital of Kindred Healthcare and a founding member of Church of the Incarnation.

She was preceded in death by her son, Michael; her parents; brother, Tony; and her beloved twin sister, Dorothy.

She is survived by her "adopted children," niece Susan Best and nephew Joe Best.

Visitation will be Thursday April 18, 2013 from 3-5 p.m. at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy., at Rockford Lane. There will be a funeral service 10 a.m. Friday at Keenan's. She will be buried at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.

Family requests expressions of sympathy to be donated to the Helping Hands Ministry at Incarnation Parish.
