Minnie Brooks

Brooks, Minnie L.,92, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014. She was a retired employee of General Electric.Minnie was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Osborne; a brother, Ernest Hiser; and sisters, Lillian Shaffer and Mary Helen Raggard.Survivors include her companion of over 30 years, James Clifford White; nieces, Melinda Lafever, Brenda Williams, and Judy Bruck; and a nephew, Ernest Hiser.Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday.In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus.
