Minnie Carrier

Minnie Katherine Carrier, 83, passed away peacefully, on October 27, 2021, at her residence in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was born on September 6, 1938, in Pikeville, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William and Nellie Little.  She was strong in her faith and was a proud member of South Louisville Seventh- day Adventist Church.  Minnie loved to read and shop but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.  She is survived by her daughter, Laura Douthitt, son, James Douthitt (Beverly), sister, Linda Garner, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  No services are planned.
