Harry Louis Zorn, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on December 15, 2023. He was born on December 10, 1931, to the late William and Mantie Zorn.
Harry served two years in the US ARMY during the Korean War. He married the love of his life, Patsy, on May 21, 1955, and was happily married for almost 60 years. Harry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and much more. He was a role model to many and most certainly left an everlasting impression on everyone he met. Harry was always soft spoken and put the needs of others before himself. He enjoyed spending time with his family, eating breakfast with friends at Cracker Barrel, car shows, watching Louisville play, walking on the beach and doing work around his house. He most recently enjoyed sharing stories, having the family over to put up his Christmas tree and celebrated his 92nd birthday. Harry will be greatly missed by all who met him.
Preceding him in death was his loving wife, Patsy J. Zorn; his daughter, Debbie M. Sinclair; his brother, William Zorn; and his son-in-law, Todd L. Schroerlucke.
Left to cherish Harry's memory are his daughters, Sandy Zorn and Kathy Schroerlucke; his grandchildren, Ashley Harlan (Garry), Kayla Schneider, Brandon Harlan, Emily Bindner (Sabrina), Sean Schroerlucke, Brittany Schroerlucke (Ethan), and Christopher Schroerlucke; his sister, Phyllis Mattie; his son-in-law, Dave Sinclair; along with his several great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held to honor Harry's life at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Homes West, 4400 Dixie Highway. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, December 20, from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
