Kathy Lynn Swift

Kathy Lynn Swift, 68, passed away on December 25, 2024, at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. While a native of Louisville, Kentucky, Kathy resided in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born on June 12, 1956, to William H. Swift Jr., and JoAnn Edwards Charles.

Kathy was a graduate of Western High School and later graduated from the University of Louisville. She was an avid U of L fan. After graduation, she went on to work for Frost-Brown-Todd where she worked as the Accounting Director. Kathy was also a longtime member St. Anthony of Padua in Clarksville, Indiana.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, William Swift Jr. and JoAnn Charles; and her beloved daughter, Jordan Danridge.

Left to cherish her memory, Kathy is survived by Sandy Payne, Jane Tyler, Judy Daniels, David Riley, and Brad Riley; dear friends, Donna, Terri, Sherri, Jane, Brad, Mandy, and Libby; a host of extended family; and her beloved fur babies, Roscoe, Lola, and Sammy Jo.

A memorial service for Ms. Kathy Swift will be held at 2 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West, 4400 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 2 PM, at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West will follow the memorial service.
