Peggy Ann Fields

Peggy Ann Fields, 82, passed away on April 15, 2023. She was born in Leitchfield, Kentucky on March 2, 1941, to the late Verle and Margaret Miller Hartel. Peggy was a retired teacher assistant for JCPS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace; daughter, Pamela Murray; and granddaughter Sara Casper. Peggy enjoyed sewing, crocheting, ceramics, shopping, but what gave her the most joy, was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Peggy is survived by her children, Belinda Casper (Sam) and Wayne Fields (Shelley); her siblings, Leonard Hartel and Donna Robinette (Tony); her five grandchildren, Jill Casper, Brandon Fields (Tara), Nick Murray (Elizabeth), Stephanie Murray (Dwayne), and Emily Weedman (Brent); along with her seven great-grandchildren, Bradley, Johnathon, Katie, Grant, Danica, Bill and Henry.

Funeral services for Peggy will be on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 1:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday and from 9:00 am until the time of the services on Friday at the funeral home.
