Phyllis Jeanette Collard

Phyllis Jeanette Collard, 74 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on September 2, 2024. She was born on August 3, 1950, to the late AJ and Betty Campbell in Corbyn, Kentucky. Left behind to carry on her love and memories is her beloved husband of 55 years, Clarence Collard, two sons, Christopher and Andrew Collard, siblings: James Campbell (Crystal), and Katie Hardesty (JB). Phyllis was a member of Shively Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing games and loved shopping. One of her favorite things to do was travel to Daytona, Florida. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Funeral service will take place at 2:00pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
